This rom version 47 that can be found on Chinese MIUI forum. This ROM is not OTA, So You will not get it in updater of REDMI 1s/ARMANI [MIUI].
Are you thinking that this Rom will only have one language that is CHINESE? So the answer is No You can easily select ENGLISH language.

HOW TO FLASH:
1. First take Nandroid backup [Don't Proceed If you haven't took backup]
2. Move that backup to SD card .
3. Reboot to recovery and select wipe option and wipe user data and dalvik cache because it is needed to be a clean install . Otherwise issues will be there.
4. After doing all this open updater app > select update package and it will reboot and flash it.
5. Restore everything once booted and don't use google apps if restored remove them.
5.so first open Mi App Market and search Google Installer and install it.
HOW TO INSTALL GOOGLE APPS IN ROM:
1. Open Google installer and select all apps you need but leave play store .
2. Once Installed now reboot.
3. Now open app again and install Play store that's it .
Note - you can also use custom recoveries to flash this rom.
