MIUI is a redefined version of android. It comes Inbuilt with the phones manufactured by XIAOMI. MIUI have very good user interface. It also have a theme support feature through which you can install plenty on themes on you phone which are designed by MIUI theme designers.

STEP 1: Install WSM tool on your device.
STEP 2: Install Framework and Reboot.
STEP 3: Install Theme Authorization Module and Activate It and reboot again.
STEP 4: Now Put .mtz theme file in directory INTERNAL STORAGE > MIUI > THEME
STEP 5: Open Themes And click On Local Tab.
STEP 6: Press Option Hard Key And Click On Import from SDcard And navigate to MIUI > THEME and select your theme.
STEP 7: Now theme will install and apply it.
